Happy New Year amazing families!!

The upcoming program that will run in SFX and Elie is Alphabet Soup!!

This program focuses on bringing our children along with us when it comes to food choices and food preparation!

We talk about sensitivities, making food fun, and that the term ‘healthy food’ is a little different to every family and culture (and that is okay!)

Every program will start with simple stretches and a brief circle time. This is followed by a food themed craft activity, opportunities for exercising and free play. The program will end with a healthy snack and a short closing circle.

Please note if your kiddo doesn’t sit well for circle time please do not stress, we will do our best and keep the program going and quite often the kiddos will be drawn back into the activity!
